You can upload pictures to your profile and organize them into albums. Be sure to read the TERMS OF AGREEMENT to find out what types of pictures are allowed.

Each picture is limited to a maximum of 2MB

In addition to pictures, you can create multiple albums to sort your pictures in. Always make sure you organize your pictures efficiently for potential employers to look through. Nobody wants to see a messy profile, and that first impression could mean the difference between you getting hired or being overlooked.

Unlike other sites, messaging is not locked for free accounts. You can message anyone. We believe that communication is essential in creating a safe work environment, avoiding misunderstandings, and boosting productivity. Messaging is also a key component of PROJECTS, as it allows every participant in a project to communicate within one group.

BOOK - Book a talent directly from a profile. You'll then be asked to create a PROJECT.

INVITE - If a PROJECT has already been created, INVITE members by sending them the project link.

APPLY - Search our PROJECT database and APPLY to it. Now wait for the owner to either contact you or accept/deny your request.

Looking for a model? Photographer? Makeup artist? Or all three? Then create a PROJECT. These are essentially jobs, and you’ll be asked to enter the date, time, location, budget, etc. as well as any other info you can provide. Remember those days when you had to post a job in 100’s of Facebook groups? Not anymore. With our system, we make sure that you find exactly what you’re looking for in one convenient and easy-to-use interface.

As a professional in the digital age, you need a web presence, and although your profile will expose you to potential employers, sometimes having your own ad is a definite advantage. As a TALENT, you need to make sure that people can find your professional services easily. PREMIUM members can create a SERVICE, which is essentially your own personal classified ad. If you’re a photographer, create a photography service, with details on your gear, price, and type of photographic services offered, location, contact details, and samples of your work. This is now permanently in our SERVICES database, enabling employers to find you based on your specialty and location.

This only applies if you have an AGENCY account. An agency roster is a list of all the models signed with you. As an AGENCY, you have the ability to add existing model accounts to your roster, where you’ll be able to APPLY their accounts to PROJECTS, organize their schedule with our CALENDER system, and have a bird’s eye view of your entire organization. Forget spreadsheets and expensive apps; our MSA agency system is designed to make your life easier.

Simply find the model you’d like to recruit into your agency. Assuming all the paperwork is handled by both parties, INVITE the model to your agency, or have him/her APPLY to your AGENCY. If they’ve applied, you need to APPROVE them before they can join. This is done to prevent unwanted individuals from claiming to be signed with your agency when they aren’t. Once the process is complete, the approved model will now have your AGENCY name listed on their profile.

Some models can do makeup. Some makeup artists can shoot photos. Some actors can do stunts and some hairstylists can also model. There’s so much ground to cover across so many skills that it would be impossible to list them all. This is why we leave this up to you.

If you’re a model who can act, and your sub talents include stunt driving, horse riding, archery, firearms training, etc. then go ahead and list them as your SECONDARY skills. Now a potential employer could type in ARCHERY and will see your profile in the search results. We did this to eliminate the need to create multiple accounts, such as one for acting, one for makeup, etc.

PREMIUM members get the added benefit of a VERIFIED BADGE on their profile pic. Why do this? Because the world is a dangerous place, and people get duped, conned, and harassed every day. How do you know the photographer you’re talking to is a real professional and not a creep? Anyone can make a nice profile, and you wouldn’t know until it’s too late.

A VERIFIED badge is a sign of trust that has been established between MSA and the VERIFIED user. They are paying members, who have used their real identities to transfer payment and have agreed to our

PREMIUM members will have their profiles FEATURED on our homepage. This selection is not only random, but we also take into account the most active USERS and give them more exposure. You also get the added benefit of being FEATURED in our digital magazine and blogs. So the more you work through our site, the higher your chances of being selected.

There are going to be ads on the site; things that you may find interesting. This is one of the ways how we keep the site running, and why we’re able to keep membership prices so low. PREMIUM members get the added benefit of being able to use our site without ADS.
